By accessing and using the Casa Monreale website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services.

Casa Monreale provides bespoke and made-to-measure tailoring services, including but not limited to custom suits, shirts, trousers, and other garments. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your order. Our services are based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and are governed by the laws of the UAE.

Booking a private consultation through our website or WhatsApp does not constitute a binding order. A binding agreement is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order and a deposit is received. All bespoke garments are made to your individual measurements and specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, each piece is unique and non-transferable.

All prices are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. A deposit is required to commence work on bespoke orders. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery. We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, and cash.

Bespoke tailoring requires multiple fittings to ensure perfect fit and satisfaction. You are expected to attend scheduled fittings at our atelier. Missed or rescheduled fittings may result in extended delivery timelines. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. While we strive to meet all quoted timeframes, delays may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our work.

Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, returns are not accepted. However, we are committed to your complete satisfaction and offer complimentary adjustments within 30 days of delivery to ensure the perfect fit. Any claims regarding garment quality or fit must be raised within 14 days of delivery.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Casa Monreale and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Casa Monreale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
